If you want to cancel your DEMAND360 Lite subscription, click "Manage Plan" from within the DEMAND360 Lite page. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click "Cancel."

You can also email billing@parrotanalytics.com and we will process the cancellation.

You will be able to access your account until the end of your current billing cycle. 

We are unable to process refunds for DEMAND360 Lite. For additional terms and conditions, please visit this help center article.
