Full Catalog Search is a toggle on the DEMAND360 search bar that lets you look beyond the titles already live in the platform and explore our entire content database—including shows, movies, and talent that are still undergoing onboarding (i.e., going through the final validation steps before their demand data is released).

With one click, you can now:

  • Discover any title we are tracking—even if its demand data isn’t visible yet.

  • See its onboarding status at a glance.

  • Ask the platform to notify you the moment the title is fully onboarded and ready to analyze.

Why use Full Catalog Search?

Our Content Discovery Engine constantly ingests metadata from global providers and enriches it with our proprietary Content Genome™ tags. That data flows into the Data Collection Engine, which captures demand across social, video, P2P and other signals. Only after every data stream has been validated do titles appear in DEMAND360. Full Catalog Search gives you visibility into that pipeline.

How does it work?

Simply turn on Full Catalog Search in the search bar to expand your search results.

Clicking an onboarding title will give you the option to press Notify Me. This will add the title to My Requests, and you'll receive an email once the data is live.

What does "Onboarding" mean?

  • Minimum data threshold not yet met – Each title must have validated signals across all data streams before we publish metrics.

  • Quality assurance in progress – Our team reviews ambiguous data to ensure that every expression truly belongs to the title.

  • ETA varies – Niche or non-English titles can take longer.

If a title is mission-critical, feel free to submit an expedited request. The request will automatically appear in My Requests and be prioritised by our data operations team.

FAQ

Does Full Catalog Search slow down my results?
No. The toggle taps into the same high-speed search index; it simply widens the scope.

What if I don’t see my requested title?
Make sure the toggle is on. If it still doesn’t appear, submit a manual request and we’ll investigate metadata availability.

Can I export onboarding titles?
If you have requested to be notified, onboarding titles are listed in My Requests with status, but exports only become available once demand data is live.
